Marketing:
- ISBN Number Assignment (including a barcode that will be added to your book cover)
- Uploading your book to Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP), an Amazon Company offering a print-on-demand distribution by making your book available on all major Amazon markets. Our service also includes creating an Amazon Author page with your picture, and biography – where future books can be added also.
- Uploading your book to Lulu.com who will publish your book on the iBookStore, Nook and Kobo Store.
Costing:
- For a book of up to 200 pages, the applicable fee is €2,500 plus €100 Assessment fee
- Note: those who pay THE COMPLETE FEES upfront, rather than in three instalments, will be given priority!

Kingdom Dimension Books does not guarantee any sales of your book. We will get your book out there, by helping you to be represented on an international online platform; however advertisements to boost your sales need to be done by you as the author, as this is not included in our services.

PS: If you wish to get your own Book Publication started, please see overview of STEPS to be taken:
Step 1: Fill out the Assessment Form, stating details about your manuscript and desired services. This form is available can also be requested via email. Once completed please return the form to our office along with an Assessment Fee of €100.
Step 2: Next, you will receive a customised Book Publishing Agreement if accepted. Please sign the agreement and return to our office.
Step 3: Once your first payment has been received, the office will start work on your manuscript. Remembering that those who pay THE COMPLETE FEES upfront will be given priority!
Step 4: After a book is published, for future maintenance – in regards to royalty reports, administration of author accounts with Amazon and Lulu, any form of updates (contact details, bank information etc), author pages and other form of maintenance, there will be a fee of €20 per month. However if the author is part of Apostle Alan and Jennifer Pateman’s Apostolic Patrons Support, then the above is free.
