Overview of Books, Publishing and Publication Services

Dear fellow authors, and potential authors, the vision of Kingdom Dimension Books, is to produce and publish written materials such as: magazines, books (paperback and hardcover), eBooks, leaflets or other documents, teaching manuals, university courses etc. This also includes Audiobooks which have become very popular over the past few years.

Our heart is to establish and equip believers with relevant teaching that would cause them to be victorious and well established in their pursuit to follow their divine destinies. We also desire to assist those who have written their own materials, or those who are in the process of writing their first book/s, to make these materials available to a global audience.

Note: We accept manuscripts that have been written in English or another language (with some exceptions). Below is an overview of the different services made available:

1. Book Publishing (paperback and hardcover)

Editing:

Proofreading of your Manuscript(s) [this service is available if your book is written in English language; for authors who have written their books in a different language, this service is, as of now, not included]

Layout and Design:

Interior PDF Layout
Book Cover Design (paperback and hardcover)

Marketing:

ISBN Number Assignment (including a barcode that will be added to your book cover)
Uploading your book to Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP), an Amazon Company offering a print-on-demand distribution by making your book available on all major Amazon markets.
Our service also includes creating an Amazon Author page with your picture, and biography – where future books can be added also.
Furthermore, authors who are publishing with Kingdom Dimension Books will be given the opportunity to have a book launch table and to present their book at one of Dr Pateman’s conferences.

Printing:

Once your book has been published, Amazon offers the possibility for authors to purchase “author copies,” where he/she may request 1 to 999 copies at a time, which will then be printed and shipped by Amazon. The cost of these author copies is based on the cost of printing fees plus applicable shipping fees; no royalty payments would be applicable in this case. The author then can distribute or sell these copies at events etc. charging applicable prices at his/her own discretion.

2. E-Book Conversion (kindle and epub)

E-Book Conversion:

Epub Conversion for the iBookStore, Nook and Kobo Store markets

Marketing:

ISBN Number Assignment
Uploading your book to Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP), an Amazon Company offering eBook distribution through all of their international platforms
Uploading your book to Lulu.com who will publish your book on the iBookStore, Nook and Kobo Store

Note: the E-Book conversion service is only available in combination with the “Book Publishing” services, as the author’s book/manuscript needs to be available in InDesign format before any conversion can be processed.

3. Translations

Authors may choose to submit their manuscript/s in English or another language. They may also choose to submit their manuscript in more than one language, remembering that each manuscript would be its own book publication, and therefore would be going through the same detailed publishing process as outlined in the Publishing Agreement (please click here), with publishing fees as agreed.

Secondly, authors have the opportunity to request Kingdom Dimension Books to translated their book into another language (subject to availability). Once translation has been completed, their book will then be processed in the same way, with all of the steps as outlined above (1. Book Publishing; and 2. E-book conversion, if requested).

Note: as concerning global distribution, paperback and hardcover editions can be uploaded in almost every language to the international Amazon markets, this also includes your eBook becoming available on these outlets; however there might be some limitations for your eBook translation to reach international markets, other than Amazon and Lulu.

4. Audiobooks

If you are interested in making your book available as an audiobook through Amazon, our ministry can help you with this as well. If choosing Kingdom Dimension Books to publish your book as an audiobook, we would be using a Virtual Voice editor to create your audiobook edition.

Currently supported languages include: English, Spanish, French, German and Italian.

In order to benefit from this service, your book would first need to be published as an eBook on Amazon (please see services provided above).

Complete Package or Individual Services:

Authors and potential authors may choose to benefit from a complete package that covers all of the above, or they may choose to request any of the individual services as listed above (remembering that some of these services would require a prior service for technical reasons etc.)
