LifeStyle International Christian University (LICU) was established (in 2007) to provide Spirit-led, biblically grounded, apostolic education that equips believers not only academically, but spiritually and practically for life, leadership, ministry, missions, and societal influence. The university carries a distinctive emphasis on spiritual maturity, Kingdom lifestyle, leadership development, and the fullness of the Spirit and the Word in everyday Christian living and ministry.
LICU is the teaching and educational arm of Alan Pateman World Missions, founded under the leadership and vision of Drs. Alan and Jennifer Pateman. International in reach and Kingdom in vision, LICU operates across 29 nations with a mandate to train, equip, and release believers for transformational Kingdom impact throughout the world.
Under the leadership of Dr. Alan Pateman as Founder, Professor, and Chancellor, LICU has become a global training centre for emerging leaders, ministers, missionaries, educators, and believers seeking deeper formation and greater effectiveness in their Kingdom assignment. Through its international campuses, institutes, affiliations, and online educational reach, the university continues to impact lives, churches, ministries, communities, families, and nations around the world.
Students may choose to pursue their studies individually through the convenient correspondence (online) program, or at one of the LICU campuses located in different nations. Degrees offered at LICU university range from a “Diploma in Theology” to a “Doctor of Philosophy” for those who decide to go through the full university program.
