Graduation Fees

Certificate, Transcript fees and Graduation Regalia

There is a graduation fee that all students are expected to pay once they have completed their level of study (see your Student’s Handbook for graduation details).

This fee covers not only the preparation and administration of your certificate and transcript documents (giving a full overview of your studies, subjects studied, grade points and credit hours earned, as well as overall marking), but also the printing cost of certificates and transcripts, and diploma scrolls (remembering that travel and accommodation are at the expense of the student). A percentage of €25 per graduate goes towards a part of the venue and ceremony expenses occurred on the day of the graduation.

In addition to above mentioned graduation fee, students are also paying a gown fee, based on their level of graduation. This gown fee is based on the cost of the gown, shipping expenses and custom/import tax applicable (a gown rental option is not available).

This means that every student has the pleasure of purchasing their own personal gown (consisting of robe, hat and tassel with year tag, as well as hood for Bachelor, Master and Doctorate students), which they then take home along with their certificates and transcript documents. This is a great way to remember your graduation (and all the hard work), when you open your wardrobe and see your graduation gowns hanging there!

Note: As much as we are able to grant special scholarships in regards to tuition and grading fees (please click HERE for more details), where students can save thousands of Euros each term; it is unfortunately NOT possible to grant discounts on graduation and gown fees, as these fees cover the actual cost of the gown, including shipping and custom/import tax charges.

Following fees apply:

  • Certificate and Undergraduate Graduates (Diploma, Associate, Advanced Diploma):
Graduation Fee: 175 Euros + Gown Fee: 42 Euros = Total: 217 Euros
  • Bachelor Graduates:
Graduation Fee: 205 Euros + Gown Fee: 120 Euros = Total: 325 Euros
  • Master Graduates:
Graduation Fee: 205 Euros + Gown Fee: 182 Euros = Total: 387 Euros
  • Doctor of Ministry and Doctor of Philosophy Graduates (different hoods for each level):
Graduation Fee: 205 Euros + Gown Fee: 312 Euros = Total: 517 Euros

Reminder: Please check your Student’s Handbook and your Academic Assessment for individual graduation requirements that need to be fulfilled before you can qualify for graduation. This includes that all course work and financial requirements are met, no later than 12 weeks before graduation day (including any binding of theses/dissertations etc. – please see Writing Guidelines for applicable processing times).

After this day, unfortunately, it will not be possible to qualify for graduation for that year/ceremony, as this is the time needed to prepare all that is required for your graduation attendance.
