Destiny Helpers

Recently while praying about all of these developments, the word “PATRON” has kept repeating itself across my mind. Let me introduce it to you by telling you that its not new and can be found in the New Testament.

In Romans 16:2 we are told that Phoebe was a patroness. The Greek word for this is “prostatis [pros-tat’-is] which means: assistant (succourer)… a woman set over others; a female guardian, protectress, patroness, caring for the affairs of others and aiding them with her resources.” Another example is Jason, who posted bond to secure Paul’s release after he’d been arrested in Thessalonica (Acts 17:9).

So whether patron or patroness (male or female), there is nothing new about this concept. We see it now more than ever on the internet, being used by those who don’t want to be demonetised by YouTube. It’s a crowd funding and crowd sourcing way of circumventing the cancel-culture, while still engaging in free speech.

Patrons of the Gospel are specifically those individuals who want to secure the advancement of the Good News with their own private resources, they are Destiny Helpers!

With this in mind, please consider becoming a Patron today for just 12 Euros or more a month, by clicking on SIGN UP.

Many thanks
