Certificate Renewal
Dear Colleague, in order to request for your updated Ordination Certificate, we would kindly ask you to complete the ​Certificate Renewal Form (to  download the form, click here), and to return the form along with your up-to-date passport photos, and certificate renewal fee of €50/£50 to our office.​​​
The documents and photos can be submitted either as e-copies to our email address cfe@alanpatemanworldmissions.com or as hardcopies to our office mailing address.
Payments can be transferred via PayPal paypal.me/alanpateman​​.
Please also notice the following 3 Important Points
1. Concerning the collection of your certificate, you are very welcome to attend one of the Connecting for Excellence International Apostolic Leaders conferences, or if you are unable to attend, you may request for your documents to be sent via mail (please tick respective box on the Certificate Renewal Form).​​
2. Concerning registration deadlines, there is no registration deadline applicable for the certificate renewals. However please keep in mind that our office requires a processing time of 2 weeks to have certificates printed.
3. In regards to conference registrations, registrations can still be submitted at the registration desk upon arrival. The registration fee to attend the 4 days event is €40/£40. For more information concerning the conference registration form and accommodation details etc. please feel free to contact our office.
